Travelmagic (“the app”, “we”) is a daily itinerary app for solo travelers. We built it privacy-first: your trips live on your device, and no account is required.
Trips, generated itineraries, saved places, journal notes, and any photos you attach are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or back them up to our servers. Deleting the app removes this data.
To build your day, fill time gaps, and re-adjust the plan, the app sends your trip inputs — destination city, arrival/departure dates and times, optional flight codes, and time gaps — to our AI provider (via Rork Toolkit / an AI gateway, processed by a large language model) to generate suggestions. This is used only to produce your itinerary. We do not use it to identify you and do not store it on our servers for other purposes. Your free-text notes and photos are not sent to the AI.
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous, aggregated usage signals — for example, that the app was opened or an itinerary was created — along with your device platform (iOS/Android). These signals are not linked to your identity and never include personal content such as destination names, notes, or any free text.
If you choose to send feedback through the in-app form, your message, your selected app language, and your device platform are sent (via Formspree) to the developer to help improve the app. Sending feedback is optional.
Photos you attach to your itinerary are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us.
AI processing (Rork Toolkit / AI gateway), analytics (TelemetryDeck), and feedback delivery (Formspree) each process data only as described above.
Travelmagic is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app. Feedback and photo attachment are optional features you control.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

개인정보 중심 서비스인 TelemetryDeck을 사용해 익명·집계 사용 신호(예: 앱 실행, 일정 생성)와 기기 플랫폼(iOS/Android)을 수집합니다. 이 신호는 신원과 연결되지 않으며, 도시명·메모 등 개인 내용은 절대 포함하지 않습니다.
앱 내 피드백 폼으로 의견을 보내면 메시지·선택한 앱 언어·기기 플랫폼이 (Formspree를 통해) 개발자에게 전달되어 앱 개선에 사용됩니다. 피드백 전송은 선택입니다.
일정에 첨부한 사진은 기기에 로컬로 저장되며 우리 쪽으로 업로드되지 않습니다.
AI 처리(Rork Toolkit / AI 게이트웨이), 사용 통계(TelemetryDeck), 피드백 전달(Formspree)은 각각 위에 설명한 범위에서만 데이터를 처리합니다.
Travelmagic은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 고의로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 언제든 모든 앱 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 피드백과 사진 첨부는 사용자가 제어하는 선택 기능입니다.
본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 상단의 ‘최종 업데이트’ 날짜가 갱신됩니다. 변경 후 계속 사용하면 개정된 방침에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
