Delete your account

This page is the web deletion resource for Aresmode, provided by 아레스모드 (representative: Sungyup Ryu / Rich Ryu).

Delete in the app

If you can sign in, open Me → Settings → Danger Zone → Permanently Delete Account. Review the scope, complete the requested Apple or Google reauthentication, type the confirmation word, and confirm. The app keeps the deletion pending until the server confirms the account is deleted; only then does it purge that account's local records and media.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot use the app, email the address below from the email associated with your Apple or Google account. Include:

the subject “Aresmode account deletion request”;
whether you used iOS/Apple or Android/Google;
the account email or Apple private-relay email; and
a short statement that you want the Aresmode account and associated data deleted.

Do not send your password, identity token, purchase receipt, workout history, or health data. We may ask for a minimal additional proof if the sending address is not enough to match the account.

What is deleted

the Aresmode account and active authentication sessions controlled by Aresmode;
server-side account data controlled by Aresmode;
that account's Aresmode records, profile, preferences, analysis results, and app-managed media on a device where the confirmed deletion completes; and
account-provider bindings used to sign in to Aresmode.

What may remain

Apple or Google store transaction records that they or RevenueCat must retain for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, or law;
source records in Apple Health or Health Connect, which Aresmode reads but does not own; and
records that we are legally required to retain, kept only for the required period and purpose.

Deleting Aresmode does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store's subscription settings.

Timing

We will acknowledge a verifiable web request and normally complete it within 30 days. If identity cannot be verified or law requires limited retention, we will explain what is needed or retained.
