These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sung Yup Ryu (doing business as Aresmode), registered in South Korea. By accessing or using the Aresmode mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Aresmode is an AI-powered fitness coaching mobile application that provides personalized workout prescriptions for athletes and everyday users. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
Aresmode provides training guidance only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing a training or nutrition program.
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, content, trademarks, and logos. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit is true and accurate; (2) you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms; (3) you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You may be required to register to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time. Prices are subject to change.
Purchases are made through the store where you obtained the app: Apple In-App Purchase on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android. Charges are billed to the corresponding store account. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card details. Prices are shown in your local store currency at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period unless cancelled before the end of the current period under the rules shown by your store. Renewal is charged to your Apple or Google Play account.
Aresmode may offer a free trial to new users. The length of any trial and the price that applies afterwards are the ones shown in the app and on the App Store product page at the time you subscribe; those displayed values govern. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect under the terms displayed by that store and does not itself delete your Aresmode account.
We may change subscription fees from time to time and will communicate any price changes in accordance with applicable law.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the applicable store's refund policy. Refund requests must be made to that store through your purchase history. We are unable to issue store refunds ourselves. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
You may not use the Services to:
You may submit workout logs, notes, photos, videos, and other content. By posting Contributions, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for your Contributions.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your device in accordance with these terms. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App.
When you obtain the App from Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms and policies apply in addition to these terms. The store operator has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, restrict access, remove content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and facilitate proper functioning.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any material on the Services infringes your copyright, please notify us at aresmode98@gmail.com.
These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access, terminate accounts, or remove content at any time and for any reason without notice.
We reserve the right to change or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or modifications to the Services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Korea.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in South Korea.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Contributions, or your breach of these terms.
We maintain certain data you transmit to the Services for managing performance. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to exercise any right shall not operate as a waiver. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
