This Privacy Policy describes how 아레스모드 (doing business as Aresmode) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our mobile application Aresmode.

When you permanently delete an account, the Apple identity token sent to the deletion service can contain Apple's email claim. The token is used only to authorize that deletion request.
We process health data with your consent or as permitted by applicable law.
All payment data is handled by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not receive or store your card information. See their privacy policies: RevenueCat, Apple.
With your permission, Aresmode reads selected Apple Health data: heart-rate variability, resting and active heart rate, sleep, active and basal energy, workouts, body mass, exercise time, respiratory rate, one-minute heart-rate recovery, VO2 max, workout effort, and sleeping wrist temperature. The app is read-only and never writes to Apple Health. Raw HealthKit samples are processed on your device; when you ask for a personalized session, selected recovery and training values may be included in that AI request. Health data is never sold and never used for advertising. You can revoke permission at any time in iOS Settings.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Aresmode contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs.
Aresmode uses AI models from two providers, and which one receives your data depends on what you submit:
Requests to both providers are routed through our infrastructure provider (Rork Toolkit / Vercel AI Gateway). Media is sent only when you explicitly submit it for analysis.
AI output is for training guidance only and is not medical advice. Aresmode does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.
Training records and analysis results are stored locally on your device until you delete them, permanently delete the account, or remove the app. Posture cleanup targets the five most recent completed or replay clips; a clip for an interrupted analysis can be kept temporarily so the analysis can resume. Measurements and reports can remain after an older replay clip is pruned. Match and training review videos use temporary local copies, while only selected still keyframes are sent for requested AI commentary.
External processors retain or delete data under their service settings, contracts, and applicable legal obligations. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or law. When you permanently delete an account, Aresmode removes that account's local store and media after server confirmation; this does not erase Apple Health samples or transaction records controlled by Apple or RevenueCat.
Feedback messages are retained by Formspree and the recipient email account until removed under their service settings and deletion procedures.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us at aresmode98@gmail.com.
