This Privacy Policy describes how 아레스모드 (doing business as Aresmode) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our mobile application Aresmode.

When you permanently delete an account, the Apple or Google identity proof sent to the deletion service can contain an email claim. The proof is used only to authorize that deletion request.
We process health data with your consent or as permitted by applicable law.
All payment data is handled by RevenueCat and the store where you obtained the app: Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. We do not receive or store your card information. See their privacy policies: RevenueCat, Apple, Google.
With your permission, Aresmode reads selected health data. On iOS this can include heart-rate variability, resting and active heart rate, sleep, active and basal energy, workouts, body mass, exercise time, respiratory rate, one-minute heart-rate recovery, VO2 max, workout effort, and sleeping wrist temperature. On Android, Health Connect access can include exercise sessions, heart rate, distance, active calories, basal metabolic rate, RMSSD heart-rate variability, sleep, resting heart rate, weight, respiratory rate, VO2 max, and skin temperature. If you separately grant health-history access, Android can read up to 180 days instead of the normal 30-day window. Raw samples are processed on your device; when you ask for a personalized session, selected recovery and training values may be included in that AI request. Health data is never sold and never used for advertising. You can revoke access in iOS Settings or Health Connect.
On iOS, Aresmode can also write to Apple Health, with your separate permission. It writes only the workouts you complete in the app, so that your training counts toward your activity rings and Apple's training load. Three things are written: the workout itself (type, start and end time), active energy only when a device actually measured it, and a workout effort score only when you rated the session's intensity yourself. Aresmode never writes a value it estimated or inferred. Recovery and mobility sessions are not written at all. If you delete a session in Aresmode, the workout Aresmode wrote for it is deleted from Apple Health as well; Aresmode can only delete samples it wrote itself, and never touches data written by your watch or by other apps. Write permission is asked separately from read permission and declining it changes nothing else in the app. You can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Aresmode contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs.
Aresmode uses AI models from two providers, and which one receives your data depends on what you submit:
Requests to both providers are routed through our infrastructure provider (Rork Toolkit / Vercel AI Gateway). Media is sent only when you explicitly submit it for analysis.
AI output is for training guidance only and is not medical advice. Aresmode does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.
Training records and analysis results are stored locally on your device until you delete them, permanently delete the account, or remove the app. Posture cleanup targets the five most recent completed or replay clips; a clip for an interrupted analysis can be kept temporarily so the analysis can resume. Measurements and reports can remain after an older replay clip is pruned. Match and training review videos use temporary local copies, while only selected still keyframes are sent for requested AI commentary.
External processors retain or delete data under their service settings, contracts, and applicable legal obligations. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain transaction records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or law. When you permanently delete an account, Aresmode removes that account's local store and media after server confirmation; this does not erase Apple Health or Health Connect source records, or transaction records controlled by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
Feedback messages are retained by Formspree and the recipient email account until removed under their service settings and deletion procedures.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us at aresmode98@gmail.com.
